We collect your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account. If you connect a calendar, we store the calendar URL you provide. If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we store the access tokens needed to post on your behalf.
We use your information solely to operate GigSync: syncing your show calendar, generating social media drafts, and posting approved content to your connected accounts. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram account, GigSync requests permission to manage posts on your behalf. We only post content you have explicitly approved. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the Settings page.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
Your data is stored securely and access is protected by authentication. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit.
